Also that cobble looks wonderful. The birch is a little too blurry for my liking but the colours are cool.
hmmmm spider huh? Anything you wanna see? Any special kind of monstrosity?
Also...you guys know that it's mossy cobble that I'm showing there? Supposed to be crumbling and exposing the mossy underbelly of the haunted realm.
Yeah...I just made that up
:biggrin.gif:
*Edit - and yeah...the birch is really a WIP. Just love how you did it, so I want to do a different one that looks as nice. Right now, that's the base of the texture
It's taken me a while to express my admiration for your work. I must apologize for that... but here it is! You are a genius with texture packs. I look forward to downloading this when it's done.
This looks brilliant so far, can't wait for it to be released!
Thanks a ton. I should have one soon. I actually have the entire terrain done, but it's filled in with alts from my other packs. I didn't want to do a rehash of a lot of textures. I wanted a theme (like the chests, workbench, doors, all going together).
I do keep the terrain pic on the OP current in case you want to test it out though.

Sorry, my eyes are bleeding just give me a minute...

Okay. This thing is awesome! i don't get the name but, I don't think I want to looking over the first few posts? :ohmy.gif:
The pack itself looks amazingly detailed, those wools look flawless (not seen them in a single-colour tile design yet though, so could be wrong).
not likely
Can I say also that those torches are so Original, original needs a capital.
Awaiting release and download link.
heh...well the name used to be "Stankecraft RPG" for giggles, but I chqanged it to what I really wanted to call it (but knew I'd have to explain it a bit).

I'm gonna put that as well as other Scottish origins in the OP. As far as the tartans, don't think anyone has don't that yet...I dunno though. The torches still need work. Just under the orb of magi/light, the torch just has a blank hole. I know it's a tiling issue...but still
Thanks for you cool comments. Hope you like the download (when it comes).

Building a bit today. I'll work on the textures also...just needed a building break

Yep! That pic really shows off the new textures wonderfully. I'm joining in with the rest and saying that cobble is the best yet, the more I see of it. It has real depth and they feel like blocks that have actually been stacked one on the other. The texture has worked really well for the mossification process.
For a change, I've just been building tonight too. Forgot what Minecraft was all about! :biggrin.gif:
I'd love to see some alts on that torch though, with the blue red part replaced with gold perhaps. Love the way the orb just hovers like that.

Thanks Glimm!
I gotta fix the cobble though. I messed with it too much
:tongue.gif:
I agree about the torch. After building with it today, it's too much as is. I'm also working on the art, and the ore blocks themselves (as well as actually doing the lapis :biggrin.gif:)

Retired StaffThanks!
Might take a bit to get the download due to 1.8 (which I got to work on a bit this morning). Chests need to be re-worked...soooo
Here's what I did do:
Long shot of new cement blocks and iron bars
Inner shot and closer look
"This may hurt a little, but it's something you'll get used to...."
