wow, another unfinished pack from gestankfaust :dry.gif:
I kid. It looks great. From the screen-shots though it looks like the fire of the torches is just floating there. Is that what you were going for. I can't test it in game to see if it looks good.(*hint*) The sandstone looks great also. I haven't played minecraft as much anymore, homework and all, but when I get back to it I would like to try this pack out as well. One last thing though, you might want to proofread the OP. (*hint*)
this opening line of the OP had me in fits. Such a simple error, such a great laugh.
Pack looks great faust. Can't wait to see more and lose the little fans I have left to your pack hahaha.
and to make feathers happy this pack is rather 'feathery' haha. (also I adore the cobble.)

I got up this morning at 7:00. I only realized that this was the work of Gestankfaust about 5 minutes ago. (For those that aren't sure of English time, that's 3 and-a-half hours.)
It's looking really nice. :biggrin.gif:
Thanks Northener! It wasn't but a few hours ago I realized it was mine too

^^ This made me chuckle.
Lovin' it mate, though I'm not sure I deserve the glowstone dedication. :smile.gif: what's particularly nice about this pack is the good humour in which it is begun, but that's to be expected from anything you get involved in. :biggrin.gif: I hope you're going to preserve all the typo's for posterity! :tongue.gif:
I likes the ethereal look of the torches a lot and these are the other outstanding blocks I like: sandstone, glowstone (which looks kind of art deco'ish), pumpkin, brick and cobble.
What's the meaning of the Knights of Bheathain? Intriguing stuff.

Hi Glimm!
Heh...that pumpkin is from my first pack...you like that thing?
What typos? :unsure.gif:
Torches are still being tweaked. Need to darken them just a tad and make the area between them and the magic orb a bit different. I was gonna do a face with it's mouth open and have the orb hovering over it. MC wont let me. I also had a floating Cthulhu :biggrin.gif:

Bheathain is just where my last name (Bean) comes from. My family traced it back and found some cool stuff (like the motto). I dunno how Ima do it...but I plan on this being a knightly pack using the family tartan and crest (which is on the workbench right now).
Thanks for stoppin by Glimmar

You might be related to Sean Bean then (Boromir from LOTR), except that's probably just his stage name.
Those tartans are a pretty neat idea and look really nice, mate.
Thanks Glimm!
I think we are related...far off though. As far as I know, that's his real name. I was at a Scottish games festival once and saw a black guy with the last name Bean. Was in a kilt too...was awesome.
:biggrin.gif:
*Edit - btw...that's the MacBain tartan on the right in the middle
