Hello everyone. I've been a 3d modeler/texture artist for a long time and I recently started playing Minecraft, so naturally I got into all the texture packs and such. Anyway, I'm looking for a few of you to help start up a website where people can download texture packs and skins. The content will be free, but we should be able to make some money on ads and such once it gets going. I need people who are dedicated and willing to work. Skype and a microphone is preferred, but not mandatory. People will be expected to help out with the cost of the website as well. It should be about $20.00 or so total. Im not artist, but once you guys get it running, I have wanted a skin that looks like the brotherhood of steel from fallout 3, ever since i found out you could change what your character looks like, i would love to be your first user!

Unless you're willing to pay people up front or have them take a risk with you without paying money, you should be offering work contracts. Otherwise this just sounds ludicrously shady and you'll probably have a hard time getting it off the ground.
