Even if it were a crafting table you could still craft stuff. The texture is just not there.
You would kinda get confused where to put things because the dispenser grid is centered, and the crafting grid is to the left. Obviously it would work, but would be confusing.

Hm, I can't seem to get the "OCD" Design on the book GUI. It's just, really hard.
Here's what I have so far:
You'll have to zoom in or something to see the actual design, since minecraft makes it small.
You'll see what I mean by I can't get the "OCD" Design. Suggestions?

You should use the default texture pack colors (the ocd pack is designed to have the default colors). If I were you, I would modify the book from http://minecraftcustomizer.net/pack/Epic%20OCD%20-%20FVDisco%20Remix to make it not have the black lines, but instead have a darker version of that color. (for consistency from the other guis you made).
I seriously don't understand. According to forum logic, only youtube celeberties are allowed to make simple packs. Makes alot of sense to me. I might get bashed for this, but this isn't unique. Don't say that it is.

*bashes* I disagree, I think it's unique and i don't see simple packs only come from popular youtubers
I took the liberty of updating terrain.png with the default "command block" and "WIP" block textures for those of you who want to use OCD in the latest snapshot. Of course they won't fit in, but better than seeing just invisible blocks.
For everyone who keeps asking Disco to texture the items, here is an items.png that fits well with the rest of the pack! I give most credit to BlacksWhites for the items.png he made for 1.8 (look at page 14 for original post) I just edited some textures and have been updating it. I used Paint.net to do the texturing. I'll try to keep it as updated as possible! To use it right click it and save it as items.png. then put it into the gui folder of the zip folder and your good!
And that prerelease isn't going to be the final release either, so fits perfectly
I didn't know who made this texture pack, in fact, I didn't even know who fvdisco WAS before I started using his texture pack. It's simple, and it looks great.
I think you just jelly.
Jelly? I have never released a simple pack on this forum. And I don't see anything that sets it apart from other simple packs other than the one pixel of shading < and even then most simple packs have this.

I think it's unique from other simple packs. You are probably not OCD enough to handle it.

Most of it isn't that unique. I think my favorite textures in this pack are the bookshelfs, the melons, wools, redstone lamps, and ore blocks. I think the thing that makes it unique is that it has a noticeable theme to it, unlike most simple packs that you would see.

Sure, it's a tiny bit better than the rest, but that doesn't make it unique or new.

I don't know about you, but I think it's unique from other simple packs. I can't really explain it, but it seems very unique to me.
I've been having an issue with the texture pack, the grass seems to be the same top color in all biomes, I'm not using optifine or any other mods (although I can use them if necassary)
