A pack with, as the description says, smooth with a cartoonish flare.
This pack I spent quite a bit of time on making although it looks like I didn't.
It went with many changes and many to come so I will update it often and fast.
Updates will be posted on this page and as a post.

Thanks to Alyxandor for some GUI and blocks (although some slightly edited)

A lot of things were made or edited by me over slaving work of this pack.

Wow I tried this texture pack and I am very impressed. The style was excellent and many of the textures were downright beautiful. I loved the glass the wood and the stone and grass. The most impressive thing was how the textures all worked together so well together and make a great atmosphere. A personal qualms I have with this pack is that the dirt texture is slightly dull in detail and color as well as the gravel. Great job on this one I plan on using it for a while I can't wait for future updates

I agree about the dirt, I will admit that I rushed the dirt because I lacked really any idea of how to make it look right.. But gravel, I pretty much think that gravel is good rather dull but I may change it.
thanks for the reply great to see you are reading our ideas. I only mentioned gravel because it looks like a repaint of the dirt block, however in game it actually looks decent. I'm enjoying the texture pack a lot, one more minor complaint though, do you think the sand looks a little green?

Not much, no. and the gravel I will admit is almost a total repaint of dirt just like slow sand is a repaint of sand and same with clay
I'm thinking of creating my own texture pack and I was wondering if you could give me consent to copy some of your textures? I probably won't even put it up for download as it will be a private texture pack

Very nice start. I would recommend changing the current cobble textures since they look just like the stone bricks in 1.8 (Jeb tweeted a preview of the terrain.png). You can just use the current cobble as stone bricks, then.

I'm already working on editing the mobs to look more right for the pack and edit it for 1.8

looks to like 8 bit for my tastes, i want more smooth not like blocky and you may just have to make it more high rez then.
