The Way i did this was using paint.net its free and a very handy tool.
Remember that if you use any part of this texture pack in your creation to give me credit.
Use mc patcher just in case.!!!!
Open your windows start guide.
then click on the run button.
typ in... %appdata%.
then go down to your .minecraft folder.
open it and then open the texture packs folder.
insert my file into the folder.
then run mc patcher.
click patch.
open minecraft and run.
