You already have it. It's inside minecraft.jar, look for terrain.png
Im looking for achievement, armor, art, environment, font, gui, item, misc, mob, terrain, title, and pack/particles/terrain.pngs
Click the big start button (or windows button on 7 and Vista) and click "Run" (or click the search bar on 7/Vista). Then type "%appdata%" into the run window or search bar (without the " of course). Press "Enter". Now go to the folder titled ".minecraft" and go to the folder named "Bin". In there is a file called "Minecraft.jar". Right click this file choose extract with WinRAR. Now highlight folders that you need and press the buttons "ctrl" and "C" at the same time. Then go to the folder you would like to place all of the pictures in and press "ctrl" and "V". Ta-da. Good luck with you pack, mate.
