At the very least, he's using textures from Soartex, which Soar doesn't give permission for. The ones I'm positive of being Soar's are the ores and the cake, I think the tilled dirt and redstone dust too. I recognize other stuff from other people's packs but not sure which (items from Misa?). He hasn't credited anybody so this pack is against the rules.
