So here's the situation:
I have a series of maps over on the maps forum. For my new map (set in a ruined city) I thought that moderncraft would work well for the suggested texture pack. I then took some items and other art from my old Fallout Texture pack, and threw them together how I wanted to make a mix of the two. I know I can use this on my own, but is it legal to give out the pack with the map? I checked a few of the rules topics, to find that each topic is required to have legal terms and conditions but moderncraft does not have these. I want to make sure that I am not breaking the rules, but I also would like to release the texture pack with the map.
