Ok, so what i need to know is: i n my texture pack i want the grass to be lighter - green coloured, i coloured the grass at the side of the dirt block, but i cant find the top-texture of the grass-dirt block, just the gray- one, and if thats the only one, how to change the colour???
Make the grass grey and colour your grasscolor.png to be the colour you want the grass. Alternatively you can make your grass green, and make grasscolor.png mostly white with slight colour to tint the green you've chosen. The first method is easier and what most people do, take a look at my pack if you want to see how the second method would work. Best of luck!

Yes that's what I did with my texture pack however it will eliminate biome shading, so basically the grass will be the same color everywhere. Or you other option is to change the grasscolor.png in the misc. folder. I'm not sure if i understood your question quite right so pm me if you need any other help.
