You may have heard people talking about paint being bad. They mean MS Paint. Paint.net is a good program. I'm not sure if you're using the fact that you use Paint.net as an excuse, but it has enough features to make a good pack.
I can see how this might take 2 weeks if you have never used the program before.
By the way, thanks for not making a simple pack, at least you tried harder than that.

I spent 2 hours on a rough draft of an axe today. For a pack that may or may not be released. I also spent 45 minutes on glass. You can do better than this.
