News! I finally released a stand-alone pack including sky effects only in case you like the clouds, sun etc. but nothing else: Pixel Reality Atmosphere!
Hi! So I gave your resource pack some advertising by placing it on the forums of a server I love, I placed a link that takes to your MCForge page, so I hope that's enough so it's not "Illegal", plus gave it some good reviews!
(I can give you the link to those forums with the Thread if you want to be 100% sure)
Now to the real deal:
I'd like to combine Faithful resource pack with the shading of the FULL Luminance, is it possible? or would you need to re-do it?

No, I released the light maps as a stand-alone pack so you don't need to: just use both packs at once making sure PRL is on top of Faithful in the menu. That's it.
Hey, since Aether II just got updated to 1.7.10 and the devs confirmed a 1.8 version being worked on, what about adding textures at least to the ground and stone textures please?
We'll see, maybe when I'm bored I could design a block or two. Point is, I'm lazy and I can't satisfy everybody, especially regarding mods I don't even use.
A resource pack can't do that, shaders are mandatory for both shadows and reflective water, sorry. BTW I'm an artist, not a coder, I couldn't create a shader to save my life.
Thanks to Hooptiecoupe and Mr.Zybez of HorizonCity Reviews (Mr.Zybez is a very talented video maker, you can contact him here) I can finally post a very nice presentation video for my pack. I haven't loaded it on the first page yet because the goddamn editor keeps breaking it so I have to wait until they fix it (or get rid of it already >_<)
I absolutely adore the pack, except for the redstone ore. I know, it's a tiny thing, but the texture isn't as smooth as the others in the pack. That's just one tiny thing, though. The pack is phenomenal otherwise!

Ores in general definitely need an update but I've been delaying it for months because I'm still not sure about what's the best way to make them look more realistic and nicer.
Maybe you're wondering if I'm still working on this. Slowly, lazily as usual but yes, I am:
I hate them excessively polygonal abominations but I couldn't keep ignoring them forever. Jeez, aren't they a pain in the rear to texture. Whoever designed those models should repent and pray our neck-bearded, fedora-headed Lord.
Alternate textures for what? If you mean horses of course I'm doing all the different versions included in vanilla (except for skeleton and zombie horses that are not used by the game) but I can't add more and honestly it's not really needed. If you mean blocks I already started with tall grass and I'm planning to do more but I'm still waiting for Mojang to make up their mind and finalize their texture randomization system because I'd hate to redo all the work (it already happened too many times before). I'll give priority to natural blocks i.e. plants, dirt, stone etc.
Armors are waiting for an overhaul since... I don't know, a lot of time ago; what you see now is a generic model for all of them but they're gonna change soo... eventually. I mean to make them look kinda historical, so leather armor should look like a segmented Roman armor or something like that; I don't know, this could actually be an alternative addon, just don't be too eager to get your hands on it because I'd rather wait for Mojang to redo combat and weaponry before changing something.
Very awesome pack, I must say! I especially like the way you did the lava. Finally, somebody managed to make realistic textured lava. Definately one of my new favorites 16x16 packs. But of course, I have one gripe. The stained clay. I think you made the stained clay a bit too realistic. (The colors are so extremely dull and faded that I might as well use normal hardened clay)

Enjoy!
Congrats on making it to the front page of /r/minecraft. I really like the visual effects of the modpack.
You say you couldn't make shaders to save your life, but I like how this pack looks. I'd rather use this than shaders (obviously 'cause of the lag).
Hey, I was wondering.
May I use your sky for my texturepack?
I will give full credit and I'll give a link to this page.
Thanks

Curse PremiumPlease don't. I released the sky effects as an addon pack exactly for people wanting to use those exclusively, just tell people to download that pack and use it together with yours: http://www.minecraftforum.net/topic/2753408-pixel-reality-luminance-realisticish-light-effects-without-shaders-all-versions-and-resolutions-needs-mcpatcher-or-optifine/
Ok
By the way, great job on your texturepack, it looks amazing!
I gotta say, this pack is absolutely gorgeous.
