hey any texture pack i use, the water color always stays default like an example one.. this one has light water but it never shows it in-game.. do i need to use patcher or something? my friend has same problem too. i am on mac . heres the pack we are using and trying to get water to work!! help so appreciated!!

My tutorial in the Texture Pack University has a very in depth step by step information on how to go about installing mcpatch with or without mods.
If you happen to already have MCpatcher and you are still have this issue then you should definitely refer to the tutorial. I had the same problem once. If you find something you like or if the thread helped you please leave a comment. The url is in the top of my signiture.

I'm pretty sure the water color and stuff is in the coding (at least what i've heard) so i think you basically need to mod it to change that
yes you need the patcher for any custom animations or such in any resolution.
