Hello! Before I get Into my request I want to say that I have tried maeing this kind of texture before... (FAILED)

Ok here it is..... .... .....

A Silent Hill/Silent Hill other World

Optinal? 2 seprate texture packs: One Regular dusty, old, rundown silent hill:
EXAMPLS
Regular (Fog World)

Other world

I know... Might be too much to ask for but... I know someone out there CAN do it... but might not.
