There are two packs on the front page right now that go by the name "SimpleCraft".

I am pretty sure I submitted mine before the other... Speaking it got hot topic before the other...
He posted his before mine by 6 days, but this is only the 3rd reason I have been on these forums, so how would have I known? And I got the name by thinking of making everything one color but I am actually realized how easy it is to make texture packs so I kept with the name anyway.

He didn't mean the name, he meant the pack in general. Even though it has more detail than most simple packs, it is still considered a simple pack. Simple packs are submitted way to frequently and just cause overall annoyance.

To reiterate it not the name that is making people angry but the pack its self. On average (and yes I looked) a texture packs like this one, where the textures are simplified to one color or made simpler then the default textures, is posted about 4-6 times a day these packs are flooding the forums and are burying many other texture packs that people have put weeks of effort into. It not that people don't like the pack, its that there are plainly too many of them.

Well, it's OK; it's not a one-colour pack, but it could use some shading. :smile.gif:
I also think you should change the name. There's no problem with it, other than that people associte "simple" with "bad", "no effort" and "one colour per block". Just offering you a suggestion here, you don't have to if you don't want to.
