I'm making a texture, and I just started actually. I moved onto grass, after I did glass first to try out transparency, and in terrain.png grass looks like this:
Yes, it is grass, not dirt. I took off the top because I thought that might be the reason why it was messing up.
I go ingame, an check again to see if it worked, but ingame grass looks like this:
Does anyone know whats causing this and how to fix it?
Try and look on the default minecraft textures to see whats diffrent.
If you want it to stay that color, change the grass.png color to white inside the misc folder.
