Hopefully the title hasn't misled you. It seems like there are alot of good texture packs out there, but alot of creators seem to forget a part that is, in fact, rather important - the art file, the one that defines the pictures that appear on paintings in-game. Personally I feel that the default art is absolutely horrible.
I once put together a custom art file from bits of several texture packs, but I lost all that work (long story). So if you know of any texture packs with good art, go ahead and mention them here so we know which ones have custom art and which don't. Personally nothing over 32x is very useful, but people use texture packs up to 256x, so anything is worth mentioning.
My texture pack has custom art (all drawn by me), and also has 3 extra paintings in case you want to swap them out. It's a 64x pack, but it is available in 32x.
