I think the stripe in the sand is a bit too obvious and diagonal
Yeah, after looking back at the sand in-game, the stripe does stand out a lot. The sand isn't really good for beach sand, or sand outside of deserts, though. I'm going to be revising textures once I get the rest of the terrain.png done for the most part.
Oh and I forgot to mention - I think the iron ore is far too brown. I always like iron ore to be.. silver colored, but even if it is going to be brown, the iron ore in this pack looks just like a bit of wood
Well, made a few updates that I'll upload/show tomorrow:
- Redid the reeds. They have brand new stalks, and have the vine overlay on them (I'm going to use a different one on the mossy cobblestone when I redo that)
- Redid the tall grass. I left an alternate texture for a shrubbier version of it.
- Redid the fern. It's a nice, leafy, bush-like plant now
- Added biome shading of my own. Makes for very nice biomes IMO.
- Made a new pack icon, which sort of reflects the name (It's from my one swamp map)
Tomorrow, I'm going to redo the leaves, logs, cobblestone, mossy cobblestone, and work on more textures I haven't touched yet.
For the entirety of the pack, I'm going to be working my way from natural blocks (Stuff like gravel, clay, etc.) to man-made blocks (Ore blocks, furnishings, etc.) in case anyone is wondering.
I have a no-vines version as well for those who don't want the whole "natural" feel of the pack (Shame on you!). (Not doing the "no vines" version) I'll upload the GUI once I finish the rest of it (Crafting table, chest, etc.).
Maybe the dirt could eventually be a different tone from the tree trunks, to differentiate it better? Also, it would be nice for the pack to have its own grass and tree/pine colors, slightly different from the standard colors.

Hmmm...The trees and dirt don't seem to match IMO. Maybe it's your monitor? I'm going to be redoing the dirt soon anyways (It's just an edit of the stone, which I'm not gonna change).
Also, the pack does have it's own biome shading. It's slightly more vibrant, and biomes look a bit nicer with it. I'm going to redo it eventually though.
- Redid grass/side-grass
- Redid leaves...AGAIN
- Redid birch log
- Redid biome shading. It's much nicer, and the biomes have distinct coloring for the most part.
- Revamped sand
- Revamped oak/pine log
- Added gravel
- Added water shading. This can be used with the Biome Colored Water mod, or for when it's added in vanilla MC.
- New grass (Loving this one)
- New cobble/mossy cobble
- New gravel
- New door. Going to do another door style (Just a regular door) soon.
- New torch.
- New hotbar and health icons
Thanks! By the way, I haven't stopped working on this. I've just been working at a slow pace. In the mean time, I've redone the cobblestone/mossy cobblestone (AGAIN), made new doors (Both wood and iron), and added ladders, trapdoors, and levers/redstone torches.
I'll probably put the update up sometime next week.
It's beautiful! I'm loving it so far, awesome job.

- Mossy Cobblestone
- Sand
- Snow
- Ice
EDIT: :ohmy.gif: XSSheep likes my pack!

Curse PremiumHere's a screenshot of the new reeds, tall grass, and...CREEPY JACK O LANTERNS!
I decided to leave regular pumpkins as regular pumpkins, instead of jack o' lanterns with no light.
The Jack O' Lantern face is based off of Draktonius853's avatar. And yes, I got permission from him. :biggrin.gif:
Also, uploaded the newest version of the pack, which includes all of the new stuff.
lol that's awesome!

Curse Premium- New leaves
- Revamped logs
- Darker wood planks
- New inventory GUI
I think that's about it. Updated the DL link in the first post.
