Not everyone can start off with the best Texture pack. I just started and this is how far I got. It's Not complete and I hope to improve to provide a way better Texture pack. Don't be to critical it is my first one. :sad.gif: . I wanted it to be like a smooth texture pack.

Ok after starting over I am done with some of it. I'm leaving the link here. Just tell me what you like or what you don't like. What you hate or what you love. I'm not a big fan of it. (*gasp* his own texture pack) it is my first one, and it is made to be a smooth texture pack. Hopefully what I learn from making this one, and what I what you guys give as advice I will be able to make a good texture pack.

I like it, but I'm not sure if I like the grass. Everything ends up looking too much like a life-less grid.

I forgot to update the grass in the picture, but it does not look like that anymore.

Yeah while I'm still making it I use it to check around...
I don't see why not I only started making it yesterday.
It's not complete yet but when it is, why would I not use my own pack? If its not done I'm still going to want to use it. :huh.gif:

Have you looked at any packs like lilyo does or goodmorning craft and thought about adding little details to make the pack more alive? It might add some more character to your pack without having to go into hefty details.

Not a bad start, I'm not much for basic/smooth texture packs, but you're doing better than a few others I've seen recently. XD

Yeah compared to your texture pack mine is nothing lol.

But a quick question. Are you skilled with only art done on the computer or do you also have skill with hand drawing and ect.

It's nothing personal it will help me if i knew if you drew them in IRL first then put your ideas on the computer.

I'm a Decent artist in IRL, so i was just wandering. Thanks.

Well, having non-digital art skills does help. I tend to dabble in pen and ink drawings. If you find that you feel restricted by the computer you may look into getting a graphics tablet. I got mine for $20 and it works fairly well.

wow I just saw your texture pack. Amazing.
The art paintings work, on there those where all done by hands, graphics tablet?
