Wow... Seriously? Are you REALLY trying to get money from someone else's textures? You sir, need to realize you don't deserve money for putting together others work.
Not really. That's almost like saying that if a pack is up for download here, then permission is granted for a mix pack. Minecraftcustomizer.net is a way to allow people to create their own mix packs for their own personal use with ease. Nowhere says that it gives them a right to redistribute what they make any more than they have if the pack is uploaded here.
