But for anyone who knows, how is it possible for me to make my texture pack into a .zip where i can select it from my minecraft texture pack menu when i pu it in the texture packs foldeer. Anyhelp is GREATLY Appreciated.
How I do it, in the Texture Pack folder, I right click and hit New>>Zip Folder
I just then drag all of the folders in to it. Easy and you don't need 7zip or anything.

Drag all the files into the WIN RAR icon, that is how to make a zip.
on pc left click and select new the chose zip. drag the texture pack there. but you have to put all of the stuff in there armor.ect the go window + r and type %appdata% look for .minecraft open that. put texture pack in texture folder
No No No! I know how to make a zip folde with my texture pack stuff inside. Its just when i do that it doesnt show up in the menu in game. When i opened up other texture packs they had a few files i didnt have :s
Go to the folder containing all your texture pack files (mobs, terrain, etc...) and highlight all of them (hold left click, drag). Then right click one of the highlighted files and choose "Add to archive" and select zip on the left of the window that comes up. You should know what to do with the zip after that. Good luck. :biggrin.gif:
I know you said you know what to do, but if you zip a folder with the stuff inside that folder, then it won't work. Just assuming that is why it wouldn't work.
