Hmm,929 views,18 downloads and only 2 pages of comments,most by me? Please leave me some info on what i could improve on cos right now ive finished about 50/75% of the terrain but i CBA to upload cos noone seems to like it?

Incase you have roughly 34 brain cells,and therfore cant read the OP i quit,i give up. This community kinda sucks.I got about 3.7% of the comments posted by other people. There were about 5 unique people.

I have had over 15,000+ views, and only 130+ comments. You can't expect everyone to comment; hell, you can't even expect 50% to comment. What you can do is advertise the texture pack (where necessary), or even ask your friend to comment on it. I had to ask two of my friends as my texture was on page 20.
Also, you don't need to bump every 20 minutes, just bump it once before you sleep (or whenever the most people are online.)
Dude,i have this about 5th up on the 32x32 part of Texture pack central,as you see it is constantly bumped,i have this up on planet minecraft as well,yet i have 35 downloads and this site is te only one where anyone commented at all. and so this texture pack is closed on this site,i have more downloads on the other site.
Hey dude, I'll perfectly honest with you, don't give up on your pack because its not getting huge amount of downloads or tons of views. The main reason yours isnt staying on the first page is because of a few reasons.
[1] The texture pack section of the forum is SUPER aggressive in regards to active postings. Heck, anytime I make an update, I'm off the first page in about 5-30 minutes.
[2] I can only base this off your planetminecraft post, but there isnt a lot of screenshots for people to make an opinion on. Lot's of screenshots allows us users to check out your pack without downloading it. Which leads me to #3 below...
[3] People RARELY download partially finished terrains. Some people won't even download if its not 100% done. HOWEVER, this community is SUPER active when it comes to giving opinion and constructive criticism.
[4] From what I've noticed since being here, the community is kind of "anti-self-bumping". It turns people off. A better solution is to not release your pack, but supply updated screenshots of newly finished textures every few hours. And ask for feedback which, in turn, will promote activity and "natural bumps" of your thread.
