about that redstone.... I have been working on an idea for it since I made it, but haven't quite been able to implement it in a way I'm happy with. I will try to prioritize it when I get back to updating, which should be soon... about halfway through Borderlands 2, and I promised myself I would get back to the pack once I got one play through complete. so look for at least a test update or two before 1.4.

I've been busy with other things, so I'm pretty inactive right now, so don't feel patronized at all to do work on the pack. I am interested to see what you do with 1.4 though. Cant wait for it. Keep up the good inactivity.

trying to think of something cool to do with the command block... since it is only obtainable through /give atm, I'm not too worried about getting it done fast. I have the anvil and beacon done, and will do something with the plants... maybe finally get wheat to be something...lol

uploading the first test update as I type this. 256x only on this one, but 2 versions. One adjusted for sonic ether's shaders, the other is the normal pack. (adjusting for sonic ether's shaders involves changing the light map, removing the water anim. and terrain texture, also using a different spec map)
anyway...I know the mobs are redundant, but they are there so random mobs doesn't crash your world if a random mob texture is missing. other than that, as usual default textures are there as placeholders. gonna start working on getting some items done and hopefully get all the links updated by next week. I'll randomly throw out screens and test downloads until then. (also, I'll remove the ctm files from the seuss version to save size since shaders+ctm=broken.)
edit: re-uploading...tweaked some shaders...and added the ones I am using so y'all can try em. I'm using the http://www.minecraftforum.net/topic/1544257-142-glsl-shaders-mod-modified-by-karyonix/ version with the modified seuss shaders in my downloads. (I'm using mcpatcher, not optifine. optifine has a spec glitch. also, make sure to disable ctm.)
gonna devote the rest of the week to getting some real work done on the pack. I'll get as much done as I can by the weekend and then get a new video done. I'll update the downloads and start the process of getting the curse links updated. Look for some screens of progress and maybe another test download.
eww...why didn't someone tell me the snow/sand tile horribly with shaders running? ouch.... gonna be re-working those as well. I need to revisit the height maps.
yeah...lol I had to put it in there...think it looks cool as hell in the display frame. I still need to do the base for it. (the actual beacon.png's)
I keep coming back to that texture.... I have modified it into several other textures, but never used it as is... I like it a lot as the beacon though.

my buddy used to have a similar trunk for his tuba. would make sense that it is some kind of instrument case since it's obviously on a football field. hehe
umm..chest's are on my to do list atm for the iron chests mod. installed forge finally...loving a lot of mods I either never tried or forgot about. gonna be doing some more mod support soon. I have to say though...I still just can't get into mods like redpower...so nothing for them.. I'm thinking extrabiomesxl, millenaire, and useful food. no promises on any of them, but I'm playing with them myself and need my textures to match...lol
