I'm making my own texture pack and I want to change the color of the portal and the particles coming out but I can't seem to find where I can edit them if you can change them at all. Please help.
The colour of the portal is edited like custom flowing water. you make a PNG of what you want it to look like and put it in the main texture pack folder called custom_portal or something, Im not sure about the particles though
