1. How do I do the water? I tried editing the blue thing in the terrain.png, and edited the water.png, but??
2. My texture pack can't be installed normally on a PC, has to be installed manually (Fine on a mac)

1. nope. you need to do custom water, tut here if you have gimp.
2.what do you mean 'normally'? you just navigate to the .minecraft folder, then to the texturepack folder.
