I got WinRar right now but when I download it I put it on my desktop and I right click it and it says with the winrar symbles:
Add to archive...
Add to "7zipap_718.rar"
Compress and email
Compress to "7zipap_718.rar" and email
Which one do I choose out of them cause when I click open it sayuld you like to make this program make changes on your computer? and i'm like, wtf? how do I install this thing???
Just double click it and let it install ( let it make changes) and follow what it says to do. Then you'll be able to open and pack .zip files.
Originally set out to touch up top grass... so I didn't record this :tongue.gif: here's new grass, dirt, and snow. Ask if you'd like to test these textures.
Ok right now im installing it but its saying these add's will pop up on my pc at sertain times and i dont want that to happen cause this isnt my dad's pc so will it pop up thing's?
No feedback on the new textures? I thought they looked good :l
Give it time my internets slow and i just checked this post :tongue.gif: the pic hasnt loaded ill edit this once i take a look!
EDIT: Wow looks great i love that kind of grass ^-^ cant wait the see it finshed! This makes me want to not use the hd texture grass patch.... cause i see the background and i like it like that! ^-^, one other thing can you just change the cobble texture to be a little lighter? that the one thing that annoys me so much is how dark people make cobble! Anyway im loving the pack, in do time do you think you'd make aether support? it would be great cause since the release of the aether ive been there most of the time! but once its done i can settle in the middle world to admire the texture pack for a bit.
Well Toofifty please dont even think of changing that dirt O.O..... best dirt evar... dont even mess with the light of it, its fine..... perfect...... love it..... can't wait...
please could put a download link to what you have done so far ?
you can right click - 'save as' the image in my last post, open your texturepacks folder and make a new .zip file there. then put my image in as terrain.png. :smile.gif:
It looks pretty good, but one thing that is bugging me is the lack of smoothness on the smoothstone. It looks a bit more like cobblestone than normal stone, and I would like to see it look smoother. Thats just my personal preference though.
