I am new to forums and stuff, so i do not really know what to say. well i am making a halo texture pack for minecraft, in standard resolution (16x16). Credit to bungie for the moon and sun textures, which I did not make, only resized.
EDIT::
Sorry if i cannot reply to comments for a while, i only made a forums account because of this pack, and i have a 10 post per day limit.
EDIT 2:
The sun and moon may require the HD Texture Fix (MCPatcher) to work, im not entirely sure, as i made them when i already had the fix.

no it does not, or should not, cost anything to download somebody's texturepack. Although, they might send you through a site that requires you to complete a servey before downloading the pack.

Does it cost to buy other peoples texture packs?
I do not know about anyone else, but mine is going to be free.
