To install a texture pack, drag the zip file to your desktop then run minecraft and click mods and texture packs. Then click open texture pack folder and drag the zip file in there, and tadahh! Hope ya'll like it!

I also downloaded it. It's a mix pack. Those are against the rules without permission from the original authors.
