None of the download links work. :sad.gif: They just take me to http://www.mediafire.com. Could update the links or post a direct link? Thanks!
Thank you for notifying me of the problem, I think Media Fire is malfunctioning right now. No matter, I've decided to try Dropbox out, seems to make for a better download anyway.
NOW UPDATED for 1.2 (barring any major changes by Jeb) and with this I've made a change to my version numbering system. I will now be numbering each version to match the compatible version of Minecraft and include a letter after it which will go along with updates I make during that particular Minecraft version number.
I have also begun to overhaul my Opening Post for all of my texture packs to include; a 'Support' section where I will put banners and links to my YouTube and Planet Minecraft account, a 'More' section - where I will have links to ALL of my other texture packs, and I'm changing the whole look of my Opening Post to hopefully be better overall.
Finally, I have big plans to be more active in updating and improving my texture packs after a couple of months of very little work on them. I'd like to do more to flesh them out, re-texturing parts of the terrain and items which I've yet to work on. I'd like to thank everyone who has showed an interest in my work up to this point and for all of the wonderful words of encouragement. :biggrin.gif:
You should definitely keep updating it as it's my favorite one out of all the others that I've tried!
Thanks so much. I checked out your channel and subscribed. Don't worry, I will be keeping my texture packs going and I have plans to improve all of them as I get around to it.
Kinda wondered what have happened to you, good to have you back.
Also wondering if you plan to add more mods to your list like forestry or Equivalent exchange.
Well, what I usually do is consider adding mod compatibility after specific mods have been suggested. Now that you've mentioned a couple I will look into it for my next update. I should say that the majority of my textures for mod compatibility is making sure that ore textures match the stone in my texture pack and the wood and tools have a similar look as well.
i love this texture pack coz of it does not need HD patcher
Thank you so much. Yes, no patcher necessary, my laptop isn't the best on the market, so being able to play Minecraft with default resolution but with better than default textures is important. If you do install the patcher though, the water and lava are my own custom and I feel they look better than default.
This is very close to becoming my default texture pack (and that's saying something, I've got about 25 different packs and this is the only one that stands out significantly)! For you: =P
I'll mine that bad boy out for you if my internet ever speeds up. XD
Now, on to my criticisim. Firstly: I love your custom water, but it doesn't loop very well. It plays all smooth and just when you feel like setting up a hammoc to watch the sun set, it jumps very harshly back to the beginning of the animation. Not a game breaker, but it kills the otherwise perfect sense of realisim. These other critiques are just personal preference: The glass blocks blend seamlessly, so large sheets of glass become very difficult to locate (a glass bridge without railings would be terribly nerve-wracking). I'm not a huge fan of the large windows on the doors, either (works great for front doors or shops, but indoors it looks weird...), and my final complaint is that the stone half-slabs almost look like iron, they look very smooth and shiny.
Like I said, though, this is by far the best texture pack I think I've downloaded to date, I absolutely love it. Lookin forward to seeing more of your stuff! Oh, internet is faster now! For you:

...actually, created is a bit much.... Thought of. That's more accurate.

Thank you SO much for the diamonds AND the comment.
I've taken notes of your critiques and I will add them to my list of considerations for my next update. I just got done with a BIG update on my Dark Realism TP so this one is probably next. I can't say how soon though, as I'm slightly burnt out after that other one. But at least you can look forward to some SIGNIFICANT improvement next update.
One final note though, I'm not the best at working out the animations for water and lava. It took me forever before I even attempted to include them in my texture packs. So, I can't promise when I will have that worked out. But it's definitely on my list now.
Like I said, the water animation thing is far from a deciding factor for me. And take your time, no need to work on anything if you're getting burnt out, you can always tell when someone has done something because they felt they had to instead of because they wanted to. =D Looking forward to the update!

Thank you so much. You can expect an update of this one probably within the week, probably stuff like some of the mobs, touch up on textures and most likely more mod compatibility.
I'm getting purple for the new variation of stone brick (damage value 3, "Circle"). Is that added in?
Nope, you're right. When I updated for 1.2 I used one of the snapshots that came out right before so that I could get it out as soon as 1.2 was released. Then when I found that Jeb had thrown in a few textures that weren't technically 'in game' yet, I didn't do another update to correct the missing textures.
I am planning on making a sizeable update for this pack in the near future. I hope it isn't too much of an inconvenience until then.
