I have recently stumbled upon a texture pack called Glimmars steampunk.
I love the scenery it produced, it has shades of light green to dark green grass, and dark to light and pink shades of leaves. It even has a beautiful teal tinted water!
I love the look of this, but I do not love all the robotic, and steampunk looking items it produces.
Are there any other texture packs that include any shades in trees, grass, and green water?

There are plenty of packs that do this. Mine does, as do the ones in Meine Kraft. I suggest the same as Luci. Find a colouring you like, and just put it in with another pack.
