idk the one on the left looks more mossy and the one on the right looks too plain. but i think they both look great.maby there could be a way u could merg them?? keep up the good work and fast progress
oh and if your looking for any beta testers im willing to try and help :smile.gif:
I might release the pack soon anyway ^^
Going to be a "development download", so that there is no "versions" or new links, but you just download the same file over and over. Cool thing is, i can EDIT uploaded files with dropbox, so the link remains the same, but the file gets changed =D
So, you'll be able to download the newest version and comment on it here whenever you want .. or something like that ^^
Also, here is the new mossy cobblestone, and the new cobblestone:
It looks alright. I think you need a bit more colour variation (especially on the mossy cobble) unless you are planning to keep it simplistic.
I am planning on keeping it simple, yes.. But what do you mean by colour variation? I think the mossy cobblestone has a lot of colour variation on it.. O_o
It seems to clash with each other, the mossy and non. Maybe lighten up on the moss a bit?
Other than that the rest looks pretty good.
Yeah, i totally agree. The mossy cobblestone needs to blend better with the cobblestone .. I will have a look into that later on. =) Thanks for great feedback!
These people are messing up your pack. The messy cobblestone looks better AND adds to the lore of "Surviving." You're not going to be able to craft perfect looking cobblestone in that type of situation.
I feel the same way about wood - it's too clean. The way these few people want it, your pack is going to blend in with all the other clean packs.
Personally, if I had your talent, I'd make the terrain pretty clean like you seem to be doing and make the stuff that's player-created (wood, bricks, workbench, etc.) look like it came from a stranded survivor and not from a factory.

Hmm.. That's a rather good idea. I'll have a look into that. Might be a good idea for my next pack. I'm trying to keep this pack a bit simple, so i am not sure if i am going to make them look "less clean". But thanks for the great feedback anyway, it helps a lot! :happy.gif:
Now, could anyone tell me what i should draw next? XD
Ahumm, I think the cobblestone has a striking similarity to brick.
You mean that they look too similar? Well, i hate the default cobblestone, and i love when people make it nice looking, like i did.. So i made it this way. =P
