Never ask for someone's email-- it makes you look like a potential scammer/predator, even if you don't mean to be.
Also, if you have the ability to make a png file (which you must, if you made a texture pack), and if you have access to the internet, you are most certainly able to upload it to someplace like tinypic. You don't even need to sign up to do so.
