Why not do it your self?
All you need is gimp and a method of unzipping and rezipping.
WinRar or 7Zipp are both free Gimp is too, they also DL fast.
The hardest part about texturing aside from aquireing the artistic skills to make good looking blocks. Is finding the right Minecraft.jar to decompress so you can get the texture.png to edit then re-compressing it in to its texture file.
And even then it's a sinch if you have at least an once of computer savvy.
i saw a texture pack by darthvirc but coulnd download it. if you know a different way download it that would be helpful.
Ill create one for you right now, what do you want the glass to look like?
