I'm trying to combine 3 texture packs. I think I've done everything right except in the terrain.png file where it's most of the blocks put into one image. I just want certain blocks from each one. (Piston from one, armor from another, startup screen from the 3rd one, etc. etc.) I tried using Minecrafter but I wasn't sure how to use it. If anyone could tell me how to combine texture packs, give me a video link, or be willing to do it for me that's be greatly appreciated.

You can use photoshop or Paint.net or GIMP or any other image editing program that supports transparancy. Just cut and paste the images, you can use the armor files ( you'll find them in the texture pack ) from the other texture pack etc.

Thanks, I tried GIMP but couldn't figure out how to open a second image in it :S I'm not that great with this stuff.

Thanks! So far this is working really well but is there a way to undo and make the screen bigger?

Not at the moment.

Hadn't really considered an undo feature but I'll put it on my list to consider once I get past alpha.
The screen resizing is already planned but first I have a few other features to implement. (Such as being able to swap out the art for mobs and the like.)

Thanks, I finished putting together the 3 different texture packs and I'm pretty happy with the results. Your tool was the one I ended up using and it worked great! I had a few issues but those were just mistakes on my part. Thanks again.
