i combined Gerodoku and JohnSmith and a little bit of my personal touches to this texture pack can someone tell me how to upload pics

I haven't read any of their Ts and Cs, but are you sure you can do that? If you can, then that's all good.

Hint: imgur. Or photobucket. Or suchlike.

Upload the Image to Imageshack.com (or .net neither one) When uploaded the pictures It'll show the Pictures, And a little code, Copy the code and head back to the forum and paste it and type
[IMG]*the code*[/IMG.](Exclude the dot) and then post, then the Image should post.

And in fact there's that little 'Insert Image' button for the very lazy. Or for those who don't like BB.

Do you have permission from the original artists to redistribute their work in your mixpack?

Yes, you need permission from the authors if you want to use their work on this forum (This does not mean Tombones, as he did not make the textures).
