so i know i am asking for some thing big and all but if there are any texture pack makers out there that are willing to make a texture pack please tell me

i was thinking about a mortal kombat texture pack one of my ideas would be when you kill some thing instead of a puff of smoke a cloud of BLOOD AND GORE!!!!!!!!!!

or is it when some thing spawns there is a puff of smoke i forget

i wont be able to make it but someone probably could do the mortal combat styled texpack but the puff of cloud of blood and stuff would need a mod i think
