What are those brown blob textures?
I think this pack needs a bit more style instead of just the bog standard 'one colour simple pack'. There are about 50596930923272 billion of those packs and to say they've gotten a bit old would be an understatement.
I also think you need to make sure the textures don't become too unrecognizable like those brown blob things which it's basically impossible to know what texture they actually are...
Ya Book, not trying to be harsh, but take a look at my texture pack in my signature, you need to add more of a base to your blocks and I'll show you how to make it so the texture pack works if you just put it in the texture pack folder to get it to work, a ton of people hate doing what you are making them do.

How to install a minecraft texture pack... Replace the terrain.png with this one. It can be found in the .minecraft folder.

Texture packs do not only contain the terrain.png!
They contain a lot more stuff.
Yeah, but i have only worked on the Terrain.png file so far
