You really should read people's posts.

The Painterly Pack was not made by you. You simply used the pack's extensive customiser to find your own version of it. As such, the resulting pack is not yours, but still the Painterly Pack. The rules clearly state that other people's work must not be posted without permission and credit. Since you have not gained permission to post the Painterly Pack, you are breaking this fundamental rule.

No, you CUSTOMISED the Painterly Pack into one you liked, and you may have given credit, but you didn't ask PERMISSION. BOTH ARE REQUIRED.
