I am trying to make a simple Texture Pack with the terrain shaded a light green to help seeing in the night. (Since the human eye can see the more shades of green then any other color it would, in theory make it more visible). I've only edited the terrain.png, pack.png, and pack.txt files (as seen below).
I compress the folder into a .zip file, and place it in the texture packs folder. when i try to use the pack in Minecraft the pack image appears as a grayed out default pack image, and the description doesn't appear.
Minecraft allows me to select the pack but when i play the game the default terrain images appear instead.
Any help would be appreciated and thank you in advance,
