I believe there are some work arounds or it. Last time I checked was 1.6 however.

What kind of PC specs do you need to run these packs? I have a pretty beefy gaming PC but the 128 version kinda lags for me. I get FPS drops to about 20-30 with it.

any tips on improving performance?

Glad to see your return. I think book shelve could use a little tweaking. It looks 'too good' compared to the original. Maybe its just me. Still one of the best ideas for a texture pack.

I really do not want to start flame war on here, but seriously, people at his thread (even though he said he got permission from mengy007) were on phobia or something. Not to mention persistent comments on 'little' work on this thread as well.

OP: Looks pretty cool dude. Unfortunately, my poor laptop can't handle anything above 32x.

I love this texture pack and i think that it will be awesome if you can make textures to the new aether mod (that just came out).
