On an unrelated note, remember back when there was that big uproar over licenses, and I threatened to leave? Well, I'd never thought I'd want to leave because of the people in the community. Not you guys, but some other sad, pitiful people who spent all night while I was asleep calling me a moron and a whiny ***** on the thread I put up about the new chest structure. I've asked faust to delete it for me, but I wish I could do it myself.

Sorry guys, but I really don't want to be here right now. I'm not going to take down my threads or pack, and I'll look into my packs occasionally to see what's up and reply to questions, but at the moment I'm not feeling at all charitable to the people hanging around on this forum, who obviously take delight in bashing other people. Some of whom were artists I respected and looked up to.

It just makes me sad. What a pathetic way for me to have spent the last 4 months of my life, only to just now get a wake up call.

But seriously, you are such a large part of this community and no matter how much and how many people bash you and are rude to you, it would be a shame for you to leave! I go on this forum as fun, and you comments are uplifting and make me laugh, you should feel proud of yourself! You are dedicated and are quite frankly the best artist on this damned thread (sorry sheep, dorian and many others...)! My general response would be, if you were looking at my glowstone trying to copy that look, then maybe you should try to come up with your own look. People's stuff usually comes out better when it's in their own style :smile.gif:

Use your good judgement-- if it feels too similar, it probably is.

I can take being called a moron when I'm actually being a moron, but for that....well, quite honestly I feel that I didn't do anything wrong. I don't think being concerned about it and trying to get other people concerned (so that maybe we could do something, like petition) is a moral sin.
