I just made my new home on the SMP server I joined out of sandstone, and I noticed that there are major tiling issues with the top and the bottom of the sandstone. It's not something you notice unless you have a lot of floors and ceilings made out of the stuff. The bottom has a visible border, and the top has a big flower-looking arrangement in the middle of the texture.

Okay, to both of you guys: The bottom of the sandstone is SUPPOSED to have a border. I made it that way on purpose.
I haven't noticed any flower pattern on the top though-- I'll have to take a closer look.

Oh I was talking about the top. I rather like the bottom. The top has smaller cobbling along the edges of the block than in the middle. Since it's all cobbled, it creates a grid pattern for no apparent reason. I never really saw the flower till now, but there are several stones in the middle that arrange in a circle that does resemble a flower.

If you want to, go ahead! My only two pieces of comment would be to upload the images to your own host, I have no issues and have a bad habit of deleting images on my end, and that you could prune the OP of some of the WIP shots (like the Piston close up one)

I loved the mossy cobble with some brown in the moss. That was impressive. Still waiting to see Steel's response, though. Unless I already saw it and forgot?
