if you get time, could you please look into the different colour-scemes for the four types of planks from the four types of wood we seem to have in the 1.2.4 update?
i love your texturepack but i almost lose heart whenever i build a house with textures of the different wood-types in default mode but when i swap to HD mod three types disappear
should mention, the default oak are fine, it's the conifer, the birch and the jungle wood (not sure what jungletype that is)
You need to update to the latest version. I added in the new types of planks a few days ago.
First of all, thank you for the compliment on the build. It's always nice to get some positive feedback (or any feedback for that matter. side note, I posted some pics in the screenshots section and didn't get a single reply. hey ho.)
As for the Jack-o-lantern. I was hoping for a spooky face for the haunted house a bit like the one on the sig. But I wanted to keep using Enchanted and as you are well aware (you made it) the jack-o-lantern in Enchanted dosen't have a face. Theres nothing wrong with it, just a spooky face would look way cooler in a haunted house.

Looks great so far. Glad to see someone putting the new wood to use-- I'm unfortunately not much of a builer myself (I don't play minecraft much at all, in fact 0_o), so except for putting in a few hardwood floors in my test house I didn't really get to see how the new planks look.

If I do mod textures, it will be for mods that I use. I don't use the technic pack, so sadly I don't think I'll be making textures for that.
I like to test each new thing I add as I add it, and as soon as I'm in-game testing I get distracted and end up spending more time "testing" than intended.
As such, I still spend a fair amount of time playing the actual game, and any feature I add it thoroughly tested to an extent not normally seen in the real world.
Though I'm actually building the tower in an SMP server, since the only person I've ever met who hosts one just the way I like it while still managing to be a mature and intelligent human being finally decided to start a new one.
I've come here before and expressed how much I love your pack but I thought I'd share this with you. My friends and I recently got a server and I showed them all your texture pack. They all agreed it was beautiful and they're all now using it. ^^

My friend recently got minecraft and when I showed him all of my favorite texture packs (yours being at the top, but followed by glimmar, jolicraft, things of that nature) he immediately chose this and Feathersong. He thought this was just beautiful, and particularly liked the bookshelves. Just thought I'd share that.

I can't believe no one has come by to worship Steelfeathers since yesterday. I finally upgraded to 2.4 yesterday, and now the game wants me to upgrade to 2.5 already. But at least I can reassemble my collection of texture packs.

*peeks in* I have to say that this is pretty much the only pack I use now (unless I'm using your Dollhouse while waiting for Optifine to update so I can run MC without it lagging so bad that three creepers have demolished my house and now I'm rambling >.>).
