Love the cauldron! I was actually just about to ask for it. hehehe... ehem. Anyways, as far as the lamps go, I like the color of it all, I just think there should be some more redstone around the edges.
Hey, just downloaded it last night and have been screwing around on my server for a few hours. While i do love the look, i have a couple of questions. Since you offer customization options, would you mind adding in a more natural looking glowstone and make a version of netherrack, brick, etc. that has more red in it? The weapon icons look gorgeous, but the actual items make me cry quietly to myself. Also, do you know if there is a way to make the torches look better when placed on the side of a block? Make it so they are upright with an arm jutting out to contact the block instead of slanted, or would that require more in depth changes than just making a texture for it? On the whole, this is one of my favorite texture packs i have used, and I look forward to any changes or updates you might have.
Ah, the joys of mod-making. I may not have to wait for MCP and modloader, but I DO have to wait for optifine. I just about can't play without it. :\
FFFFFFFFFF YES
I have this many downloads: 218,242
Oddly enough Optifine didn't seem to want to play nice with my added textures last time I tried to used it, or I would have to wait on IT too...
(all the files were in minecraft.jar where they belonged but Optifine wouldn't display them ingame)

Torches are hard coded to be placed in a slanted position.
I've seen this for myself.
Random note: The new forums apparently auto-add multiquotes for you if no one posted after you. That's good for me because I was always too lazy to learn how to multiquote...

You're not the first person to ask about the red netherrack, haha. I'll probably end up making red netherrack just to ask some variety to the customizer. We'll have to see about the natural glowstone, though-- I'm not a fan of it.
Oh, and the torches will always slant when placed on a wall. I can't change that, sorry.
You have to go to your profile and go to 'change signature', then paste that code into your signature box. Just including it in your post doesn't do anything.
That guy from Youtube. Ya, thats right, im that guy. What do you mean you havent heard of me. Your still, here? Go check out my channel, TheExperimentJesus. http://www.youtube.com/user/TheExperimentJesus?feature=mhee Ya, thats right, im that guy from Youtube
I saw a bunch of people requesting natural glowstone, and I tried it myself.
Probably not as good as if steelfeathers would have done it, (because I am super automation filter man) but if anybody wants to use it, here's my attempt. :I

This looks pretty decent actually, and does well with the rest of Enchanted's design.

Right now the customizer has virtually no decent options. I would find it kind of cool if we could customize between the multiple texture packs you have. Some of the blocks in FeatherSong would look decent along side some in Enchanted, plus it would make the entire thing much more enjoyable to players who enjoy having something more unique.
On the topic of red nether materials, I like the blood red look of the original nether fortress blocks, but I don't want to sacrifice my epic texture just so I can have my Hell fort look good.

ATTN: The Light at the End of the Tunnel has been turned off due to lack of funding. We apologize for any inconvenience.

It's impossible to mix feathersong and enchanted on the customizer- they are two different resolutions.
And by 'no decent options,' do you mean that the customizer isn't overflowing with alternates, or that you don't like the ones that are there?

Retired StaffAdded the cauldron and all 1.2 textures. I also added 'empty' icons so that you can finally tell how close you are to starving.

Curse Premium...and then I get to remap every instance of the old xyz coordinate mapping in any file I've used...
Fun.
Also having to make a ton of textures when you aren't an artist sucks.

It isn't quite dead yet, at least.

Curse PremiumWell if you ever do that's one less texture I have to actually think about when I make it, lol.
Unfortunately Glowstone lanterns != Gleaming Ice

Retired StaffI updated just a day ago. The title even says [1.2.3].
Hmm...interesting concept. :3
