Excuse my computer ignorance, but what's an 'acer'?
This pack shouldn't cause too much lag, because there aren't any water/lava animations at the moment, and animations are the #1 source of lag for a texture pack. But if you do have trouble, Optifine works wonders for increasing fps. Hope that helps!
I remember watching one youtube video where the commentator said that out of all his subs, he liked the people that didn't comment the most, because they just sat there and enjoyed the video for what it was, and the people that commented were normally the whiny children :tongue.gif:
Out of every 100 videos I watch, I comment on MAYBE one xD so just keep that in mind when seeing comments like that :smile.gif:
People who enjoy your pack probably enjoy it quietly and don't make a big fuss about it, and people who don't are 12.
I've been using your texture pack and am liking it a lot so far! Some very nice details and beautiful colours. My favourite part... the spiders! They're so realistic and awesome that I 'squee' nearly every time I come across one (unless they shove me off a ledge and get me killed - then I curse them to the depths of the void). Great work!
My bro just tried out painterly today, he looked over at the coal, and said, " That's lame," and switched back to default. I was like DANGIT! I thought that would be the first step to getting him to use your pack. But sadly, he must use default like the noob he is. (even though he's much older than me, and played minecraft before I did) He doesn't even know how to install the snapshots/pre-releases. Heads will roll.
EDIT: You know what's even better? I can't send them a PM through youtube due to a contact lock. So I sent them a tweet. Hope they bother to read it. Although it seems unlikely.
I think that this is a success! :biggrin.gif: However, I haven't seen any bad comments about the pack, or any good ones at that. But that's better than before. Right?

You know what? I really don't give a flying ****. I'm sick, I'm tearing my hair out over final exams, and I'm tired of being stomped on for my hard work. So I will gladly take five minutes to hand out a verbal beat-down to anyone who deserves it. :]

It seems like that is standard fare for the guys behind the scenes on Yogscast. They use textures from various packs to fill out their Shadow of Israphel stuff, like Dusty's tools. I also notice in one of the recent episodes they used my netherack texture for something else.
Sometimes they do mention the name of the pack they use, it's to bad they didn't give you credit, you do deserve it. That house in the video looked really cool with your textures.
Mini update! Since there are new people coming over from youtube, I decided to release what I've been working on now. The customizer is not yet updated!
Pulls up a chair next to Steelfeathers, pours a nice glass of JD (it's warming in the winter time). Offers a nice smoke as a peace offering (since I didn't expect this either).
So we'll relax for a while and watch what happens. There are more good people sat with you than you realise my friend.

This forum has been giving our map all the attention so far, and the thread on this forum has your thread linked on it.
Now I'm wondering - while I have time. I may remove the download button on the yogscast forum and point it over to the minecraft forum so that it is all in one place.

You know...technically....since they make money off those videos you could raise a fairly huge stink about it. Assuming they don't fix things quickly.

They didn't use textures from Enchanted, they used Enchanted. Or at least, I'm fairly sure they did. I haven't worked up the nerve to actually watch the video yet.
