Do you guys want a smaller update soonish (next few days) with all the stuff I've been fiddling around with, or do you want a big whopping christmas present right around the 25 after I've finished with final exams?
I'm asking because I have a day or two of spare time on my hands before the pressure cooker starts up, so I want to get some texturing done, but I probably won't be able to add a lot of 'new' material (revamped textures don't count :tongue.gif:).
Both...... is that an option? I mean like, have a small update in the next couple of days, and than have another update at christmas time. And if that's not an option, than totally wait till christmas! :biggrin.gif:

Then I browsed through the comments.
....And then I had to go cry in a corner for a while. I kid you not, a solid HALF of all the comments said something along the lines of 'that pack sucks, why the hell are you using it?'
Some people are just set in their ways. I once tried to get my friend to try a new, higher resolution pack (yours of course), but they would only use a super-bright, cartoony, 16x pack (not to hate on those packs, it's just not my thing).
I don't think I could ever use any other pack that isn't this one. The day I found this pack, I was delighted! I was looking for a nice looking, non-16x pack that was more fancy than traditional. This pack just wowed me from the start. I haven't used any others since (with the exception of packs that are required for adventure maps).

I was going to tell you about that video, since I'm subscribed to that let's player and he just switched to your texture pack in that video, and it was released just yesterday, but I hadn't read any of the comments yet.
About the hate comments, I'd like to say that this let's player normally uses default. Switching to a higher resolution texture pack is a major change, and something not all the subscribers he has are going to like, since they liked seeing default. It may attract new subscribers, but the ones he already has may not be happy.
You should be glad someone with over 260,000 subscribers uses your texture pack, it's not like it's going to give you less downloads and less fans.
The guy with the most subscribers that uses my texture pack has around 13,000 subscribers, and I'm really happy about that even though some doesn't like it.
But then again, he did also bypass her forum thread and adfly.

Over 7 hours of play through footage of my custom adventure map. 80% of those videos are using your texture pack.
In the 7+ hours of watching them I have not heard one negative thing said about your pack. Only that it makes my map more eerie and fitting and that they wish it didn't hehehe.
So hopefully for every one of the 800+ downloads of the map, you will have had the same or close. (I'm hoping you did :smile.gif: )
