Well, I've discovered pretty quickly that I feel much better when I'm doing something than when I'm wallowing.
So! I made a new gui screen, laid out the gold armor, finished the pig, made some white stone alabaster, and got crackin' on the cave spider. Who knew avoidance would be such a good motivator? =P

Black widow cave spider. The regular (non-poisonous) spider is going to be a Wolf spider.

I think I like the elvish pigs, I'm not sure. But I know they'll grow on me. The wolf spider sounds like a good idea and the gold armour is looking fantastic. (I don't see anything new for the gui)

I think I like the elvish pigs, I'm not sure. But I know they'll grow on me. The wolf spider sounds like a good idea and the gold armour is looking fantastic. (I don't see anything new for the gui)
You don't see anything new for the gui because I didn't post a pic of the new gui. It's just the container screen, nothing special.
@Kabonos: The pigs are definitely not elvish. Go look up pictures of pigs. That's how their ears really look.

Yup, I think that once this pack is finished, that it's gonna be way more popular. I might suggest after your done with the spiders that you start doing the items, cuz that's what most people want.

I look forward to everything, but take your time. The only items that bother me in WIP packs are the ones that are block drops. Redstone, repeaters, diamond, doors, etc. But I can't wait for mobs and paintings! What I've seen so far amazes me. And glad to see you're feeling a little better.

I too am a big fan of the paintings. Although I think I'm going to have to wait to do them until after I finish the armor, because I want one of the big ones to be a knight in shining diamond armor atop his valiant pig. :3
Other painting ideas I have so far (and by painting I mean painting rather than screenshot):
-Assorted banners and flags
-A treasure map
-A pig-riding knight/ alternate of a knight riding a mo creatures unicorn
-An enderdragon on top of a mossy cobble tower/ a dark alternate with the dragon on top of an obsidian tower in the End
-A lurking enderman *completed*
Any other suggestions? :3
