I'm thinking I should perhaps make one of those collage presentations everyone else has....hmm...
You should, it makes your pack look more pro and finished. ( Before i clicked to the last page and i was on the first page, i thought to myself; steefeathers should of those collages... im not even kidding O.o)

I suppose I'll look into it then. I also need to use the buttons Kabonos made for me...or else he'll be pissed and probably rebuild those melon columns just to spite me. 0_o
(melon columns = inside joke from our server. Just in case you were curious. :biggrin.gif:)
Hey, loving this pack, just thought I could drop off a little suggestion. Seeing as your soulsand is the remains of adventurers long since decayed, wouldn't it be neat if netherwarts were skeletal hands reaching out to grab the unwary? Just a little something I thought could be cool, and suit the pack
I considered doing that, but having skeletal hands growing in my garden is just a bit too raw and gory for me...I prefer the subtle horror of beautiful, deadly flowers feeding on the bones of the dead. :3
EDIT: The soulsand itself also already has a skeletal hand in it. Making the netherwart into another skeletal hand would create hand-overload. :biggrin.gif:

MY NAME ON MINECRAFT IS BREATHER!!!!!! IT'S ABOUT TIME I CHANGED MY SIG! BEST TEXTURE PACK EVAR!
I'm a little confuddled from just having taken three exams, so don't mind me if I hurl a few random questions at you guys:
1) Red squid or blue?
2) For the far-flung future: Mo creatures support? I really love doing mobs, but a lot of the 'creatures textures are fine as-is...
3) Gory or creepy zombie? Any suggestions for zombie designs in general?
4) Raise your hand if you'd like spring biome shading (with pink cherry blossom leaves) to compliment the autumn biome shading. :biggrin.gif:
5) Should I continue the mica theme into the rest of the stone tools, or should I go back to good ole reliable granite?
6) What's the one thing that makes you squeal with joy about this pack?
7) What's the one thing about this pack that makes you want to barf? Any suggestions for how to avoid having my fans praying to the porcelain god?
8) Hit me with any and all (good) suggestions for paintings. I want to get down and make some serious pixel art rather than coping out and editing pics. =P

Blue makes more sense. Red would be nicer. What about purple? :smile.gif:
2) For the far-flung future: Mo creatures support? I really love doing mobs, but a lot of the 'creatures textures are fine as-is...
Sure
3) Gory or creepy zombie? Any suggestions for zombie designs in general?
Creepy, but not gory, save that for lost valley.
4) Raise your hand if you'd like spring biome shading (with pink cherry blossom leaves) to compliment the autumn biome shading.
That would be fun. Have you looking into the seasons mod? I think you would appreciate that.
5) Should I continue the mica theme into the rest of the stone tools, or should I go back to good ole reliable granite?
Mica or flint. In fact, flint may be more accurate because that was what was actually used.
6) What's the one thing that makes you squeal with joy about this pack?
The ambiance, how rich everything is. I often stand there not moving for minutes just enjoying the view (with optifine and far view on)
7) What's the one thing about this pack that makes you want to barf? Any suggestions for how to avoid having my fans praying to the porcelain god?
Well, I mentioned this is skype and I accidently hurt your feelings. I like the planks, they look nice. But I don't like them for flooring. Maybe an alt with the purpose.
8) Hit me with any and all (good) suggestions for paintings. I want to get down and make some serious pixel art rather than coping out and editing pics. =P
hmm, I think that paintings that fit the style of the brother grimm art and such would be really nice. Maybe even some references to those. Your paintings should have the following in some fashion:
Knight/s
Dragon/s
Castle/s
Mountains
A Deep Dark Forest
Faeries
A Wizard

1) I'd go with blue squid.
2) Mo Creatures (how about the entire yogbox?) support would be nice.
3) A zombie based on your own char.png (like JohnSmith's is) is very creepy.
4) Prunus Serrulata? Do Want.
5) Why not both and let the player switch between them?
6) I don't squeal but I like most of your textures in general.
7) Yes, the ores need work. Some of your other packs have great ore.
8) How about a painting I can place at the end of a dark hallway with an enderman in it?
2) For the far-flung future: Mo creatures support? not really phased by this at all.
3) Gory or creepy zombie? Any suggestions for zombie designs in general? creepy i think suits enchanted better. I imagine something more along the lines of the classic re-animated dead.
4) Raise your hand if you'd like spring biome shading (with pink cherry blossom leaves) to compliment the autumn biome shading. :biggrin.gif: Raises elbow... I am not sold on pink trees, if there were cherry trees i would... just with normal leaves it seems silly at times. I wont complain if you do though :biggrin.gif:
5) Should I continue the mica theme into the rest of the stone tools, or should I go back to good ole reliable granite? Do what YOU like, this is your pack. I think your tools are amazing so far.
6) What's the one thing that makes you squeal with joy about this pack? The creator.
7) What's the one thing about this pack that makes you want to barf? Any suggestions for how to avoid having my fans praying to the porcelain god? I heard your fans are awful and smell like dinosaur poo.
8) Hit me with any and all (good) suggestions for paintings. I want to get down and make some serious pixel art rather than coping out and editing pics. =P - the classic casltle on a hill would suit the enchanted theme well, as would a dark wood with foreboding trees.
dont blame me, blame the owls.

I'm a little confuddled from just having taken three exams, so don't mind me if I hurl a few random questions at you guys:
(snip)
1. Blue.
2. Only if you want to/have time to. Eventually having mod support for popular mods could ultimately bring in more downloaders due to the fact that some people look for texture packs that are compatible with the mods they are using. The more support, the better!
3. I think it should be gory AND creepy. Have part of its brain sticking out, and have dark holes where its eyes should be. It should be a dark color, so you don't see it until it's almost too late.
4. I think that if you have the time, you should do one for both spring and winter. I know winter would be a bit tougher to do considering all people think about winter is snow, but you could maybe dull the colors a bit to simulate winter. Maybe the leaves (except for pine needles) could be dead branches? I don't know how that would work though.
5. I shall leave that up to you/other commenters. I personally only use stone tools for about 2 minutes (because I'm such a pro at finding iron :cool.gif:).
6. DAT GLOWSTONE. Also, the wool is really awesome looking... and the pumpkins... OK, I LOVE EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS PACK.
7. There's only one nit-picky thing and that's that the item image for the shrooms. If you have more than 10 (I think), the numbers cover over most of the item. Same thing applies to the yellow flowers. I don't know how easily fixable this is, but it'd be nice to have the item icon a bit larger.
8. No suggestions for the actual paintings, but I think that if you have the time that you should make both actual paintings and also have alts that are items that you can hang on the wall. The possibilities are endless with the customizer. You could make things from swords and other tools to magic runes and such to put around your enchanting table (when 1.9 comes).

1. Blue.
2. I don't use Mo' Creatures, but once all of the vanilla textures are done this might be a good addition for those who do.
3. Hybrid. A walking flesh-blob doesn't really fit the theme, but at the same time a vanilla-styled, green-skinned version of Steve sounds boring.
4. I really don't have a preference on this one.
5. Continue the mica theme. Honestly, I'm not sure what mica really is, but if all the stone tools look as good as your stone sword, then I'm in.
6. The enchanted rune redstone. Much better than some primitive dust trail, but still fitting with the "enchanted" theme. It also helps to explain how redstone works, because rune trails hint at magic whereas dust piles hint at general primitiveness. In addition to that, it also looks damn amazing.
7. I'm not so much a fan of the coal/iron ore. This is just a personal preference, but I like the look of the "embedded chunks" style of the diamond/gold/lapis/etc. ores to the funky indentation style of the coal and iron. They are good textures, I am just not a big fan of the style as compared to the other ores.
8. I can't actually think of anything, to be honest. I almost never use paintings anyway.

The cherry blossom are on hold at the moment. I've discovered that the leaf texture itself will need to be a great deal lighter in order to make them soft and pink rather than a dull gray-ish pink.

Curse PremiumYea, the stone tools look fabulous, but the gold is a little too shiny, they need to be a little more worn down methinks! :biggrin.gif:
