You need to do something special with the diamond, gold, iron, and lapis block. Don't make it a stack of bars or a solid block of metal, try for something cool like you did with your other pack(s)!

Well, I didn't want to say because I was jealous of the idea, but your nether is genius. I love all of those blocks and the entire concept of the nether in this pack. It gives you a brilliant excuse to have lamp-like glowstone as well, which is also an awesome texture. I love your torches, they're brilliant, and again I wish I had come up with that idea. Your cobblestone is great, usually I always hate that texture...

And I do appreciate the criticism-- but in the future, it would be helpful if you could say why you don't like a certain block, or suggest improvements for it. Just saying that you hate it doesn't help me make it better.

Definitely. I WANT to make this pack the best it can be. But...well, I am human. And it's easy to get discouraged under a barrage of negative feedback, even if it is meant to be helpful.

Don't get too discouraged, I think you are doing an absolutely fantastic job. I've been looking for a brighter texture pack in place of my dark and dim Steampunk one and this is the only one I've found that I love just as much as it <3

I'm not much of a fan of super dark packs either. Glimmar's pack is still the ****, but I like being able to see what I'm building.

I use Redstone a lot so my vote is for Redstone Torches and Reapters and/or pistons :biggrin.gif:
