lol, sorry, couldn't help myself. I really don't know what kind of skin I want. Whenever I try to make something unique and badass (like a guy wearing a nanosuit or something) it just looks like ****. Although I guess I'll have to eventually make a skin for the pack....oh dear.
If you were interested in giving the Master of Boxes some competition (no pressure :biggrin.gif:) I'm a fan of neutral colors and understated detail. And I'm not opposed to a skin that just looks like a regular person...maybe some sort of adventurer? But like I said, no pressure. Only make one if you're interested.

Overstated detail = A diamond sword with a diamond blade encrusted with diamonds and surrounded by diamond flames.
Understated detail = A sleek, silvery blade with a single diamond in the hilt. :smile.gif:

1) finally get Conquest! to a point where I think it's suitable for the forum
2) Finish the emblem for getting your pack on Yogscast, and anything else that is needed.
3) Do your skin
4) play video Minecraft, Portal, Portal 2, and Magicka.
I'll probably start your skin tonight though. Any inspiration you want to give me? Video game? Movie? Novel? etc.?

I'm working on a texture pack, and I want to get it mostly finished, but I'm getting bored with making it, like my last... five or six packs.
What do I do to restore motivation?
Um.. take a break. The reason it's taken me so long to polish off Conquest! is because I burned up all of my energy on the 6 hour contest. So don't be afraid to take a short breather. Or not, I'm not an expert at this.

I like using texture packs better than default, I just don't hate default like most do.
But don't worry people, I actually tried making a texture for the first time in a bit, (Netherrack)I think if I just come up with more original ideas like I did here, things will be more fun.
This is a nice texture pack, good job, if I wasn't so busy with work on my own I'd use yours (and if OptiFine got updated. I prefer not using the HD Patcher).

Optifine is 99.95% done and has a release candidate right now. Jump on it :-)

Everyone's been trying to figure out how I do my leaves....I have to guard them in an electrified vault...
